Can code cure anxiety? Investigating the link between recursive symmetry and the flow state.
In an era of digital overload, ‘KALM’ is an HCI experiment that challenges the nature of screen time. By processing user input through generative recursive geometry, it transforms erratic, anxious movement into structured, harmonic order. This project demonstrates how creative code can be repurposed as a digital therapeutic tool.
